How does per-minute pricing work?
You pay for the minutes your AI agent actually spends on calls — inbound or outbound. There are no per-seat fees and no charge for idle time. Tell us your monthly call volume and we'll quote a per-minute rate; higher volume earns a lower rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with 50 free minutes — no credit card required. That's enough to point a number at an agent, take real calls, and read the transcripts before you commit.
What counts as a minute?
Connected talk time between your agent and a caller, measured per second and rounded up to the nearest minute per call. Ringing, voicemail with no answer, and idle time don't count.
Can I bring my own provider keys?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier. Bring your own keys for speech, language, and telephony providers so usage bills to your own provider accounts, alongside data residency in India, the EU, or the US.
How do volume discounts work?
Per-minute rates step down as your monthly minutes go up. Share your expected volume with sales and we'll put a committed rate in writing — no need to guess from a public price grid.
